Charters can depart and return to Port Douglas or we can meet you at a location to commence or finish your charter from.
GO BY AIR :
There are commercial and private flights to take you direct to Islands or airstrips throughout the country. Even sea- planes or helicopters to land at beaches or behind the boat, ideal for remote areas such as Cape York. If your limited on time this is a great option - Phantom can relocate to your preferred charter area such as Cape York, Lizard Island or Whitsundays and be ready and waiting for you to arrive. After your charter you can return to Port Douglas on Phantom or fly out from the area.
Just imagine leaving Sydney in the morning and by the afternoon you're unpacked, relaxing with a glass of wine watching a beautiful sunset or better still catching some barra .
RELOCATION:
Fees for relocation are separate to vessel charter and are determined by location and travel to and / or from Port Douglas Marina. Ideal for those not wanting to travel the distance by boat and those on a time constraint
Day Charters
Day Charters: - Outer Great Barrier Reef
Flexible departure and return times makes Phantom the perfect choice for your day at the reef. In general we provide complimentary luxury car transfers from your Port Douglas accommodation to the Marina Mirage at 8 am. This enables the vessel to depart at 830 am. Guests have at least 5 hrs at the outer reef to snorkel, scuba dive, fish and relax whilst enjoying a gourmet seafood lunch. Returning to the Marina by 430 pm for car transfers back to their accommodation.

Liveaboard Charters - Overnight / Extended
" Sleeping on the Reef " - you will be so excited about spending the night on Phantom. Or if you have the time maybe a week or two. Sensory overload is guaranteed as you watch spectacular sunsets and sunrises over the water. Enjoy gourmet cuisine, swim in clear tropical waters over pristine coral gardens and relax into the lifestyle of luxury yachting.
"Sleeping on the Reef " Charter options:
A 2 day / 1 night enjoy the magic of the Reefs and islands off Port Douglas. This is a great charter option if you want to snorkel, cruise, dive, fish- yes- you can do it all in a short period of time. You'll feel like you have been away for longer.
A 3 day / 2 night charter we can explore the reefs and islands further north, through Hope Isles and even up to Lizard Island. Enjoy the secluded bays and beaches of Lizard or maybe head further out to the Cod Hole. A perfect snorkel and dive location to suit all ages.

Half Day Charter
Low Isles: - Inner Reef
Low Isles is only 8 nm from the leads of Port Douglas and provides a picture perfect location. Low Isles provides a sheltered lagoon area where the coral gardens extend out from the small vegetated coral cay. Guests can either be shuttled to the island via Phantoms tender or snorkel and swim over the coral gardens to the island. Be sure to keep an eye out for the many turtles that reside in the lagoon. Swaying palm trees surround the island which only takes about 20 minutes to leisurely stroll around. Informative walks lead to the automated lighthouse in the centre.
1/2 Day Charters:
$690 per hour - minimum 4 hours (for 1 - 11 guests)
2 Hour Charter
Phantom offers a unique opportunity for visitors on a tight schedule in the area to experience quality time on the water. Whether it is work colleagues on free-time from meetings, an incentive charter or friends and family. We can organise charters for breakfast, lunch or sunset cruises. These can be booked around meetings, evening functions and flights from Cairns.
2 Hour Charters:
$690 per hour - minimum 2 hours (for 1 - 11 guests)

DAY CHARTER:
A 48 hour cancellation policy applies No refund applicable if cancelled or transferred to another date, within 48 hours of travel.
OVERNIGHT & EXTENDED CHARTER:
A 14 day cancellation policy applies No refund applicable if cancelled or transferred to another date, within 14 days of travel.
*A full refund will be given by Phantom Charters for unforseen weather changes, at the discretion of Phantom Charters. Climate changes would be cyclone conditions.
